Lowering 2001 M2 Cyclone

I love my Cyclone, but I am only 5'6" tall, and only weigh 165 lbs. I unfastened the factory seat cover, and shaved off as much of the foam as I dared, then put the cover back, but the bike is still too tall for me. Does someone make a slightly longer bracket to which to mount the front part of the shock? I think it only needs to be 1/2" or an inch longer to significantly lower the rear of the bike, allowing me to touch flat-footed.
