Today I was talking to some buddy's about making there pipes shortys.. I figured what the hell why couldn't I.. and I wanted it louder.. here it is.. I cut 5 inches of the end.. lot louder now... basically feel bad for anyone on the right side of the bike..the first pic is the length before.. second is after..

Its not a lot a lot louder but its definitely louder in the high rpms... I like it. I just didn't like how it rubbed on the swingarm

Yeah i always wondered why pipes for our bikes would either rub or blow onthe swingarm making the PC discolor.

im on the firedept.. so i have a few cop buddies.. i asked one to do a decible meter test on it.. at idle it reads 95.9 and the highest while reving from idle to like 8500 was 189.. he told me that it would get impounded if i ever got pulled over for a noise vioaltion..

189?! That's incredible. A rocket engine is normally said to be about 180 dB...
