yeah haha she wanted something small to start and my dad found it on ebay, it runs like a champ and starts right up!

You know the Blast motor is the only motor that HD built specifically for Buell. And since it was to be built at a certain price point, the tri-ology of tech. was used extensively to allow it to handle well with basic suspension pieces. You add a better suspension and earsets, and it will embarrass a XB in the goat trail back roads where light and nimble handling defeat power and speed - lol
EZ

LOL

My mom also has a blast. Is it ironic that i dont think its a blast to ride.

i took it for a ride and its ridiculous compared to my xb haha it didn't help that it had the low seat on when i road it i felt like i could sit on the passenger seat and be just as comfortable as i am on my bike

Lol My first bike was a Blast.. I thought it was the **** until i got my firebolt.. Now when i get on it..More like a moped to me. lol. But a great starter..and its still a buell! :)

Of course it has less power, its a starter bike - power doesn't enter into the equation on goat trail roads any way - you girls have easily bruised egos if your tripping on the Blast. What I said was fact - confirmed by EB - if you notice a motorcycle race track only has one to three really tight curves and the rest is sweepers and straights - that is so the bikes power can be used. In Battle Trax competition Blasts where not even allowed to compete with the XBs because with equal riders the Blast would win, because on the really tight courses only the Blast and supermotos could make the best times, with the lighter supermotos having the best times.

That's impressive. I did not know that.

When people address their parents as 'mother' and 'father' I get super creaped out.

All I can think of is Norman Bates.

LOL - those 250 and 450 supermotos kick ass - its too bad their engine life is measured in hours - lol
EZ
