welcome to the forum, if you don't already have the service manual, download it from the link below the Buellxb header above or from buellmods.com, there's a pdf of the parts catalog on the net, if you can't find it, pm me your email and I'll send it to you, nice to see another '03 still upright and running instead of all the freaking part outs I've seen in the recent weeks...if you stay on top of her, she'll not let you down, I have 62k+ miles on my '03 and still kicking strong:D

Welcome to the family. You say wrapped in carbon fiber. Do you mean wrap or are you making carbon fiber parts?

I took the day off tomorrow, so I plan on getting rid of the warning stickers, reflectors ect. and i will get some shots of the exhaust. tomorrow is My Bday so I plan on spending some quality time on her ;) and the carbon is a 3M memory Wrap. not actual carbon, but a vinyl wrap. takes a very keen eye on it to tell the diffenence. it has the texture and exact look of real carbon. I have my car wrapped in it too, lol.

Sweet I've got a roll of that 3m and did my rear hugger I wasn't to do my tail but wasn't sure what the plastic would look like if I remove it. Any experience with removing?

Yea removing the wrap. I was worried there would be allot of residue left. I like how my hugger turned out and was going to leave it for a year and remove to see how it went. But I love the tail i guess i know what I'm doing this weekend

nope, not a HAWK, its my personal spinoff of the basic exterior look of the HAWK, I was to excited durring the build of it to document it with pics, its just a single chambered dual outlet i threw together on sunday. works well for me and sounds great. and after the plastics are on I will take her out and open her up so I can see what maping i need to do. im not to confident in the electrical portion of the ecm. I have done the TPS reset, no problem, but the rest is Greek to me!

go for it stensg. don't fear the residue, a little heat works wonders, I have had this stuff on my car for about 3 years now, outside all the time in North East Pennsylvania weather with no fade, crack or problems, and people find it hard to tell the diff
