welcome to the forum. i was a lurker for quite awhile....care to tell how you did the low beam swap?

You put the "spoon" from a low beam headlight in the high beam

I had to buy a new complete assembly so I took the shield (spoon oh 9 mentioned) from my broken low beam (lense fell out mid wheelie) into my new assembly high beam, then took the wires for the flash to pass and soldered them together

Why did you have to solder the flash to pass wires? Did both of your lights not stay on with the bright switch on?

i did it simply to have them on all the time permanently. i wanted my switch to be an on off for both not just one.

Also I have never heard of the factory race header, it looks like the factory header to me.

i can't find a blue fly screen ANYWHERE!!!! i do love that red though man. thats the color i originally wanted!!!!!!! if you ever sell the blue fairing let me know!
