NEED HELP !!!!! error code from ECMSPY

After I had registered and downloaded the ecmspy for mono but I can't connect and
everytime I do an error code 3040 pops up. Please do let me know what might be the problem and how could I resolve it .

Have to go into your settings and basically renumber some USB ports so ecmspy can pick them up. And if you're using vista there are a few drivers you'll need
