Well I have some major slop between in this bushing. Harely ordered this part for me for $82 and they say that it has to be press in? Has anyone done this yet? Any Threads out on this? Any help would be great, to save from harleys exspensive labor prices!

ok... not really sure what your talking about. but i am assuming you are talking about the front motor mount. it looks like this.

if this is the part then no you don't have to press it in.
all you need is a jack to support the motor. put the jack under the muffler to take the weight off the motor mount then pull the bolt that goes in to the frame. then remove the two that go into the head. use lock tight do the reverse. it will only take you 20 minutes max.

Must be talkingabout the steering head bearings in the Neck.

Yes those are press fit on the bottom......the races are also pressed into the neck. the top bearing is secured with a load nut before the top tripple is replaced.

if thats the case use a long flat blade screwdriver and a hammer to pop the bottom bearing first then do the top. use a flash light to look down in the neck and you should see a notch in the neck so you can pound out the bearing (i have seen them at the 12 oclock and 3 oclock position) then use a rubber malet to put them back in or you can go to the hardware store and pick up 1 foot of all thread 2)big washers and 4)nuts to make a shade tree bearing press
it goes together like this lock 2)nuts on the bottom then 1)washer then 1) nut. then tighten it on the washer
slide the all tread through the bearing and the neck.
put the other bearing on top.
slid the other washer down on top of the bearing.
then but the nut on.
tighten nut nut down and know you have a shade tree bearing press
