Both HIDs don't work at the same time? Sometimes a ballast will go bad and the unit will flash on, but go will go out immediately. If only one is having problems, try swapping them. This will tell you if it's a ballast problem. Also, if it's not getting enough voltage the HID will turn off. Try charging your battery, and hook a multimeter up to see what the voltage is at when the HID turns off.
