Hi Guys,
Bought a demo model 2008 XB12XT last december with 400km on it. Put another 200km on it before weather turned crap. Hope to get back out soon.

Doing a breather mod at the moment and will be doing the gearbox output shaft grease nipple mod too as well as the fS tensioner upgrade.

I'm also on the UKBEG too.

Hi Joel,
Dont have any pics myself but if you look at the "how to" section on the UKBEG site you'll see some pics I tool of what the piece looks like - its a metal disc with a grease nipple in it - it fits in place of the seal already on the end of the gearbox output shaft (the shaft that drives the belt drive).
Havent done mine yet - its on the list !! Eric.

very nice pics.![up]those hondas are pretty sweet. another question, i noticed the scoop on your xt is the one that comes stock on the 2010 xb models. does the big scoop out of the uly comfort kit fit on your bike? i know the european headers are different(longer), do they make the comfort kit for euro. spec ulys? thanks.

The scoop on my bike is from the comfort kit for my model bike which is a 2008 XB12XT with standard Buell Cat exhaust.

I dont think its too pretty but was told the bigger "rounder" scoop wont fit with the 2008 on exhaust header pipes - so unless I change the header pipes I'm stuck with this one !!

For tuning I heard the 2007 pipes are more open and if I ever get these then I might get the "prettier" right air scoop - but I'd also need my ECM re-programmed for a big change like this too -- mucho money !!
