Newbe in the buell worlds

Hi

My name is Bart from the Netherlands and I juist bought myself a well maintained XB12X 2005, 80000km +/- 57000miles of experience. I fell in love with thuis bike the moment is was released but have been riding other bikes.
Then this one came long. I juist had to have it. Bought it from a Buell lover so am hoping for a good start.
I am hoping to vind usefull information here in case the bike needs maintainance in the future.

Verwelkoming! She looks great in the pics Buells are very easy to maintain and simple to work on. With those KM's on her, I'd make sure the suspension and steering neck bearings are up to par. Maybe a belt? A rear shock shouldn't be that expensive, a fork rebuild is cheap if you do it yourself as are steering neck and wheel bearings.

Thankx. I read About the easy maintainance that’s what i hope te do myself in the naar future. The bike was maintained bij a well known buell expert in the Netherlands so i know the bike is in excellent condition. Hope the nasty wheather Will disappear quickly. Zo I can get it on the Road to feel the ride everybody is talking about
