No live data using ECMDroid

I’m not getting live RPM or throttle position from ECM droid and Buelltooth on my 06 Ulysses. It is connecting and talking to the ECM OK, but I’m not able to get live data. Doesn’t matter if I toggle the live data switch on or off. I know it was working in the past because I used it to reset the TPS in the fall.

Is there some simple thing I might be missing in order to get the live data?

Thought I'd bump it in case anyone has a suggestion. I'll get back to messing with the bike next week.
