It's bs. Not with heads, tuning, muffler, and K&N. To make those numbers he needs big bore kit, case boring, cams, etc.

For reference with head work, 1250 kit, tuning, cams, ported intake, fueling mods, intake, and exhaust I am shooting for 100 ft lbs of torque.
