Odd part request - under seat /frame mesh filler

Ok so I was looking on a German site for some parts and noticed that one of their bikes had this mesh insert that goes in between the seat /rear seat frame gap. I've never seen it before (see pic below) . Does anyone know what it is and who makes it? I think it looks kinda cool in black.

Not factory that I've ever seen before. Looks like some crafty Kraut went to The Home Depot and trimmed up some expanded metal with a trim strip. Looks good, go for it.
