Damn where'd you get the wheels? I am about to have mine powder coated black but at that price it's a better deal to buy new lol...

Local Harley dealer had them stored in a closet.

Story is that they took a black and trans blue Buell City X in on trade. The bike was originally all black and the original owner had it swapped to trans blue & had a low seat installed before he took delivery of it. So when he traded it in it came with the original seat and wheels. The dealer local to me sold the bike but didn't mention the extras to the buyer. They intended to sell them at full retail and make a quick buck, BuT that was halted by HD when they tried to used Buell part numbers even though they were never a Buell dealer. I caught wind of this story and had a talk with them turning the tables. Told them I knew that they had no money tied up in them and that they sold the bike for twice what they gave for it. Offered $75 on the seat and $225 on the wheels..... Cash deal. They bit and here we are!

Ok.....
Rule one! Don't try to post and install a tire. Just installed the front backwards.......[mad]

lol @ freak. How is the tire install? I'm going to be doing mine myself, never done it before...

Not too bad.   You will scream a few new words but its not that bad

And to think that I thought I knew them all...

I might PM you if I need some help. I bought some rim protectors, I just need to get a couple tire spoons.

I just need to get a couple tire spoons.

Bought all my stuff at cycle gear in Dallas. Cost about $50. I know I coulda payed someone for that amount, but I'm anal about scratching new stuff. Plus now I can do all mine from now on.

Yep I want to do it myself so I don't have to leave the garage. And I know it won't get damaged. I was going to use dynabeads(IIRC that's what they are called). Is that stuff you're using different? Would you mind sharing a list of everything you use?
