OSB tuner??? error, support

G'day Guys

09 1125cr k&n & hmf

been using the OSB tuner for 18 months.

the bike appears to have dropped its tune and the software is now giving an error saying the security dongle cant communicate or authenticate with the ecu.

does anyone have any details for the OSB guys to chase up some support (i believe they have discontinued the product?)

or anyone have any suggestions to help?

the bike its running lean as at the moment and its not fun
