Hi guys im from Czech Republic I have a question my Buell 2009 (I have cut off exhaust) died between 4000-5000rpm, 09 Buell does not have a set of TPS 07 (and I have a race ecm) and lambda probe must be disconnected because the connected motor dies after starting , how to solve it?, a remake of the map?, but here in cz no one to help me. or buy a tuned exhaust with race ecm? :-(

You're rockin an American made bike in Europe, I love it! What do you mean by cut off exhaust? Just a stock can with all the insides removed? Is the motor actually shutting off between 4-5k rpm's or is it just running bad? What race ECM do you have? If I were you I would put the stock ECM back in and re-connect your 02 sensor, if thats what you meant by lambda probe.

If it's a 12, are you talking about the motor for the exhaust valve?

You will need ecmspy to disable that or get a modulator plug for it.

To reset an 08+ Buell, do the following:
1. Turn on the key.
2. Set the kill switch to the run position.
3. Don't start the engine. Rotate the throttle from fully closed (gently forced closed) to fully
open (gently held open), and then back again to closed (gently forced closed).
4. Repeat 3 times. Hold each position (fully open, fully closed) for 1 full second.
5. Turn the key off and on.

wolfo you are correct about the TPS reset.. but "the free" Ecmspy does not work with 08 and up bikes. Tunerpro is the only "free" way to tune/shut off codes. Gotta buy the cable and spend hours researching and messing with it to get it to work. He's most likely talking about the 02 sensor (lambda sensor) maybe someone shut it off and plugged in a race ecm, maybe even a race ecm that is for the wrong year bike??

I have a muffler cut out of the Interior ... lambda probe must have disconnected the engine dies with it .. O2 sensor is functional ... 4500-5000rpm and the engine loses rpm but does not die ... I can reset the race ecm tps??

I gutted my can and felt a major loss of torque in that 3,500 to 5,000 rpm range. Either weld some baffles in or get a new muffler. No one knows what you mean by lambda probe. And yes you should be able to reset the tps following the instructions Wolfo gave.
