My 2005 XB9SX Lightning Cooling Fan and High Beam all of the sudden stopped working when the bike was laid down. No serious damage was done to bike other than the handle bars and a frame puck needing to be replaced. I checked the connections for the Hi Beam and everything else seems to be in order. All fuses look good. Fan does not kick on while engine is running and does not kick on like it normally does once the ignition is turned off. I have not done any modifications to the bike recently (Has a Jardine Exhaust and K&N filter stock ECU) Any helpful tips/ideas to solve this issue? How do I test the fan to see if it is working in general without h

There is a fan test under the Diagnostics Tab in ECMSpy. If the fan doesn’t run during the Diagnostic Test look for a wiring issue or a blown fuse. If it does run look for wiring issues at the CHT sender.

Just my 0.02.
