I just Converted my 03 xb9r into an 08 xb12. I put all 08 parts on it and now when I go to turn my bike on I don't have any power anywhere if anyone can help please let me know

did you use the 08 motor,harness,ecm if yes check all grounds and main power supply to starter,fuse box im guessing you tested the battery and its good

Ya I used everything 08 I'll check the starter power

if battery good,and you have power to the srarter and fuse box.check for power at the key switch then kill switch.
