Hey guys. Ive had my 09 1125CR since new. Put 10 000km on it last year. At the start of this year i installed k&n air filter and D and D slip on exhaust. It ran crappy at low rpm. So i installed a power commander. Please i need help!!! Before i put the power commander on my bike would max out at 262km. Since i put my power commander on it can barely get over 250km... sucks!!! Should i just buy the auto tuner for the power commander? Id like to try other maps! Ive tried all maps from power commanders website. PLEASE!!! HELP!!!

well without the power commander my bike would hit 262 which is the max. I cant get to that speed anymore! 5th and 6th gear after 8000 rpm seems to be gutless now. Id hate to go back to the stock program just to be able to hit my top end.

You can't just put in a power commander. It wont change a thing unless it is tuned. Or you uploaded a map on it.

i currently am running this program:

M15-016-003 HMF Performance exhaust K&N air filter Race ECM # M3SBP062

Ive tried all the maps available on power commanders website and this one is the best. It solved my idling issue and low rpm bogging but its slower at the top end now.

Auto tuner or custom dyno tune? Thinking im going to have to make a trip to the city and get a custom map.

i max it out every time i hit the highway... i live in saskatchewan canada where the roads are straight and flat. Dont drive much slower then 200km anywhere.

Good luck running that speed all the time. Sooner or later your luck will run out.

Personally I reall can't see how you will notice you are 12KM/H slower. My experiance with tuning bikes is most times you usually sacrifice in one area to gain in another.
