Hey guys, on that Caravan regulator, I know it supplies more fuel, can you just pull fuel out of the maps to compensate on a basic bolt on XB9? I need to replace the pump in my bike and I was going to order the E2061 and a Caravan regulator and some seals and call it a day. Everything I know tells me yes but always good to get second opinions

You can do it that way or I can send you a good stock pressure regulator. Does the factory regulator cost too much? Is your regulator bad? Why do you want to run higher pressure?

I just saw that the caravan regulator swapped in and was going to get a new one and didn't see the part number for the stock regulator (not sure how much it runs). I don't know if mine is bad or not but I know something isn't right in that fuel pump assembly. What do you want for your regulator

Just pay shipping and I'll send it to ya. PM me your address and I'll let you know what it will cost. The regulators rarely fail but I do have several good ones if you need one.

And P0166.K is the part number for the regulator assembly from Buell. You can call a dealer or ASB and they should be able to give you a price on a new one.
