so i'm going to re powder coating my primary cover, because it's got a few scuff marks on it...anyway
right now it's factory black,
I was thinking of changing the color to gloss black.

what do you think, should i get it done the same way it is? or go with gloss black?

has any one done there's gloss black if so what does it look like on your bike?

thanks

Gloss will make it easier to maintain, but I would do a satin finish not gloss since there isn't anything on the bike that is gloss black.

Note I am not saying stick to the flat texture black, I am saying a whole different color. The satin will give you the clean look, cleanablity, and match the rest of your bike.

seconded. I painted mine with VHT wrinkle and it was glossy, looked like balls. I then hit it with high-temp satin black, bingo, pure sex for the eyes.
