Pulley cover CAD file anyone??

Hi guys looking for a DWG or PLT file for the pulley cover... have an idea but would make it waaayyy easier if I had that file to go by. I know there was a guy who machined one out of aluminum not long ago...
can you help me out

i hate the plastic pulley/sprocket cover , i would like to see some other options like aluminum , and the one like xtremelow has on his buell is cool looking. show us some pics when you get done.

Polkejoe, what do you plan on making? Is it going to be an acrylic insert for the pulley cover, or are you going to fabricate something from metal?
