Yeah, gold plated pulley cover is exactly what my $3,200 bike needs. Side note, someone could easily make covers with a 3D printer with a nice buell logo on it like the one they showed.

Probably not the whole thing without a high end machine but a insert would be easy. I have a Printrbot metal, its build platform only allows 8x8x8 but all object generally have a "priming" border so you loose 1/2"

You got me thinking about it so im gonna work on a model for a insert.

What you are actually paying for here is the 3D model, so you can print your own. It is the IP that costs!
