Just baught orange XB9SX 2004 this week, and want to join your community!
Rrreally love my bike and proud to own it, but realise that I difintely need to lower it with SCG suspension and seat because XB is to tall for me (feel myself extremely uncomfortable when tip-toeng the bike).
Had read all topics at this forum about lowering (espesially BuellPartsGuy's tips) but still don't find exact answer for my question:
Does 2009 12SCG/SL fork fit my 2004 XB9SX?
because I can't find J0121.1AE and J0122.1AE on market, going to buy this parts:
J0121.7AEZT Lightning Black Fork Assembly Left (XB12SCG/XB9SL Models)
J0122.7AEZT Lightning Black Fork Assembly Right (XB12SCG/XB9SL Models)
and do I need to buy 2009 lower and upper triple clamp also?
or maybe you know someone who selling used J012*.1AE forks from older SCG models (I'm from eastern Europe, so it's impossible to find any Buell parts here).
