Have you removed or adjusted the Idler Pulley or changed the rear tire or anything lately? The Idler pulley was off on mine a little and resulted in the belt tracking to the outside of the rear pulley after having a local bike shop install a new tire on the rear. Snapped the belt a week later. When I re-assembled the idler assy I didn't get it just right and the belt was tracking. Removed and re-installed idler assy and it's a happy world. If you have a stand for the rear, put it up on it and grasp wheel top and bottom and see if you have any play. Could be a precursor to wheel bearing failure also. Keep us posted.
