Got my pipe in the mail today and couldn't wait to get it on. Even though I re-used the front strap and torca clamp just for the test .. I have to take it off again once those parts come in oh well it was worth it!!!

You are supposed to change the front strap and the torca clamp according to the service manual. A member around here has a friend that was thrown from the bike over a year ago and is STILL recovering because he used the same clamps and something broke causing him to crash.

trill, you need to adjust your clutch or change the oil.

Yes I do need to adjust the clutch. I already changed the oil. I also need to adjust my primary which I will get all this done at once. Sooon hopefully

nice sound ....and what kind of mirrors are you running? do they actually see the car thats behind you or do you have to use "the force" as i have to with the stock pieces of shit.No crap i don't know how the stock mirrors are even legal.Thanks trill

I really like the mirrors. They are the aprilia tuono mirrors and I can see the people behind me better. But the only reason I got them was for better looks.

nice bike and sound, got the tuono mirrors on the way too, cant wait. I am lookin at gettin a d&d slipon for my 09 XB12Ss; on americansportbike.com they seem to only have them for the 03-08 models, will this fit my 09?

lintoncr i also have an 09 XB12Ss and through the ppl i have been speaking to there is no ecu map available for setup.I don't know if i have been led up the garden path or not so does anyone on here have an 09 with an aftermarket pipe on it?
