Rear Axle torque spec

I have just picked up my first Buell she is a 1997 M2 Cyclone. I have a service manual on order but trying to throw a rear tire on asap. Does anybody have the torque spec and belt tension adjustment spec handy. Mine has the box tube steal swing arm.

Axle nut torque is 66-73 ft-lbs and belt deflection is 7/8 to 1 inch with 10 lbs of force. Push the lower belt(belt closest to the road) up with 10lbs of force and then measure the upward deflection
