Rear spring from Buell XB Race Kit

Have this spring on my XB, great upgrade. It's a non-progressive spring, so rate is linear. Much stiffer than stock, seems to really help out. Specially with bigger riders and 2up.

Correct- it is an upgraded rear spring. It was the EBR "race" spring. I upgraded the suspension on my track bike for this season, and have this spring left from the previous round of suspension modifications.

Bump- still for sale. Matching front springs from the Pro-Race kit as well. $100 for both front and rear.

Sounds like a very worthwhile investment if you want to take your xb to a track day...

Do these change the ride height at all? I may be interested. I may be able to meet up and get this this weekend.

I don't think they change the ride height (never compared the unloaded height of the bike)- sag is set with you on the bike anyway. If you can't get your sag correct, then the springs are too heavy to begin with.

As mentioned above- a good improvement for performance and for those of you that do a lot of 2-up riding.

They do change the ride height about ~1inch. Mine dropped an inch up front and an inch in the rear with these. At least, that is what my feet tell me, and my short friend, lol.

They dropped? I thought the rear spring had the same free length. Never compared the free length of the fronts though.

However, they are now sold.
