regulator or stator

I have an 09 Buell 1125cr , How can I tell if the regulator or stator is faulty bike has only done 1500 miles and I have been told that the recall has already been done , when riding more so at low revs the voltage drops away , cheers

Almost all Reglators go over voltage when the fail.
Sounds like a stator if you have a volt meter you test across the stator leads for ac voltage.
A few guy have had issue with low charging after the recall the recall cuts a stator leg off at low rpm

i am having a voltage problem also but mine is jumping from 11.5 volts to 12.5 volts, what is the recall?
