Resistor to remove weird ass solinoid

The solenoid is there to partially shut the throttle at wot in 3rd gear to meet noise standards... when it activates it cuts power very harshly and is a danger to the rider so its a popular mod to remove it... the resistor is to prevent the check engine light.
