I joined my meetup group today for ride around New Braunfels delivering presents to a number of families and ended the trip at the Center for the Intrepid in Fort Sam Houston. It was a pretty good ride lasting pretty much all day with fog and cold in the morning and a warm 75 in the afternoon. Definitely looking for next year.

Unfortunately my girl decided to be fickle again. It looks like the regulator or stator is getting ready to give out. Voltage was about 12.0 to 12.7 at idle in traffic, especially with the fans on. If we were on the highway, it was at about 13.3 to 13.9. On top of that she seemed to fighting the heat a little more than usual. Especially for cool days.

Oh well she still got me home and will live for another day!

Amazing riding out that way especially the three sisters. Was out that way in march and can't wait to get back.

Yep, it is some pretty country and the roads keep you on your toes big time. Let me know when you come back.

I have been kickin the idea of heading down from Azle to make a couple of loops this coming week when the traffic will be nill and if the temps don't get too low. The last time I went down there I stayed in Leakey. Great ride but I can't trust the pavement in some places

It's easy to say but might be hard to do , but i'd like to get a bunch of us D/FW area Buellers together and have a get together and ride. I'd really like to go to the hill country and see what it's about .

Please message me for rides in and around San Antonio. Got a four day weekend this weekend if anyone's down to ride the sisters. Any other time I'm still off Saturday and Sunday.

Man, if I wasn't with the family this weekend i'd try to come down from D/FW and join you . I'd really like to meet the three sisters ![sad]
