Ive had my xb9 for a year now and 5k later i still love the bike. But I need to do something about the seat for long hauls, after 100 miles it hurts. We do ride very aggressive(according to nys troopers) so i still need mobility. any thoughts on skyline seats? only one I can seem to find without paying 400+ for a corbin

I just got a Saddlemen from ASB, this one: http://www.americansportbike.com/shoponline/ccp0-prodshow/17323-TRCF.html It's stiff but I expect it to break in some. Raises your seat height a little. So far it's a big improvement over stock. I saw someone else posted a bunch of fitment problems with a different model, but I didn't have any issues at all with mine. The "slip-on" cover for the passenger seat isn't really meant to be slip-on. It even includes directions to use it to recover your passenger seat with an upholstery gun. I'm going to have mine done by a pro and add some padding.

In Ontario, made the trip to Ithaca on the 'bolt a couple of times. Actually, heading there tomorrow and wishing it was back together. Oh well…

Comfort seat, drop pegs and padded bicycle shorts work for me. Cheap and easy and no guess work.

Oh, and try keeping a soccer ball between your knees when you're watching a movie. It's a tough workout but it pays dividends.
