1st off ..... Sorry for the bad pics.
After trying several different things to bring my select seats finish back without much luck. I finally decided to re dye it.

The seat in its stock for had a greyish inner panel and gloss/shiny black outer panels.
I used a product from duplicolor.

For now I just did the outer panels in flat black.

Let us know how it holds up. My SS touring seat has some fading spots that are starting to become really noticable, this would be a good cheap fix until I can have it recovered.

Wow, i've never seen a select seat w/ grey before. i know they made ones with blue or red. it looks good all black but you may have just ruined a one of a kind seat:D lol

It looks grey because it's faded.....bad! Lol. That and it needs recovered at some point..... So I doubt I ruined anything. As far as durability..... We will have to wait and see. I just left for work and won't be home for about a month. So it should have plenty of time to set in.
