Well about a month ago I went to the gym, as I do everyday. It was leg day and I usually wrap my knees when I do squats. Of course I forgot my wraps, so I worked out anyway. I knew I did something to my knee after the workout. I have been babying it for over a month and not getting any better. So gotta go in for an MRI next, This really sucks, looks like my riding season is going down the tubes.
