Stalling while riding and one cylinder while wet.

So my 05 xb12r is having a few problems.

The engine dies at 4k rpm regardless of gear. If I accelerate past 4k all is well, but when cruising and it hovers around 4k both cylinders stop. The bike coasts and I have to clutch and toggle the ignition and start the bike while in motion. I have had this problem for about 2 months, I think it may have started just after I did the breather hose re-route.

The other problem occurs while riding in the rain. I lose the front cylinder at low rpms. From idle to about 3k, I run on just the rear cylinder until it surges and both kick in like normal. I have had this problem for over a year.

I have a k&n filter, breather hose re-route, IX spark plugs, and am currently running a seafoam treatment in my tank to clean out the injectors.

TPS has been reset and I put the maps back to stock via ECMSPY as a trouble shoot.

I'm thinking it is spark since the seafoam has made no difference in the problems. I am going to un-do the re-route to see if that makes a difference with the stalling at speed, but the cut out when wet has always occurred.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

check your grounds. had a similar problem while riding. had a loose ground on the battery. also check your spark plugs for gap, fouling., and cracking. ive had new plugs go bad right out of the box before. check you plug wire and coil for crack in casing and rust. just dealt with this. also with the re route, check all your connections. hose could have come undone or electical connection may corroded or not connected. start basic.strange things do happen.

When I fixed cars we used to do the "ECM tap test". Start the car and tap on the ECM (with a screwdriver handle) to see if there is any effect. If it stalls or starts running funny, that could be your problem.

how do I log a ride? Wouldnt toggling the ignition when having to restart the bike wipe out the ride that actually stalled the bike? No codes are present on ecmspy.

EDIT... Read a lengthy how-to on data logging, and I'll try to aquire a laptop to put in my backpack to take it for a spin.
