Steering Question

I recently test rode an 1125R, and it seemed to me that it was hard to steer. For example, when pulling out of the parking lot, the bike acted like it didn't want to turn in the direction I wanted it to go. I have never ridden a bike with clip-on style handlebars before, so this may be normal. I also rode an 1125CR and did not have this problem. Can anyone provide some input?

Low air in the tire, bad steering stem bearings, misaligned forks or ghosts. It could be a number of things.

Thanks guys - I just came back from test riding another 1125R, and it felt like it should, so apparently there was something wrong with the other one. [down]
