Stock pegs

Do they suck as bad as I think they do or is it just my imagination? They might as well be 2 wooden broom handle nubs coated with teflon.

Yes, they suck that bad. Don't replace them until you break them, and you will break them. The alternatives are pricey.

I don't think I'll wait that long Fido. Anyone out there use Crossroads Fierce Competition pegs?

^Yeah? But do they grip? My biggest complaint about the stockers is that I feel like I have zero grip.

I think I like the look of the Crossroad pegs because they're as close to a true MX style peg as I can find.

I have no issues with them, they have a rough knurled texture that grips my boots well, they're a little shorter than stock and they are easily replacible if you were to brake them.

Here's mine to give you a better idea of the texture and size (about 2 3/4" long)
