Stripped clutch cover screw

Wanted to do a clutch adjustment, but found out the bottom left screw is stripped. I tried cutting in slots without damaging the cover. That didn't help one bit.

What would be the best way of getting this sucker out?

From the looks of it, a drill and an E-Z Out.

use a small shap chissel and tap on it at an angle. This should loosen it......just be carefull and dont slip.
