First of 08 1125r I'm 185lbs with gear.
From 95 to 115mph i get some front end shake if i power through it it will go away. Any advice as to what I should try adjusting first?

You running some old tires??... That'd be my first thought is that I have a slightly out of balance tire... I've had a couple of them do this to me as they wear if they wear unevenly.... Or if you let your bike sit for long periods of time, they can develop a flat spot on the tire...

Tire is balanced and no abnormal wear that was my first thought so i made sure it was balanced

Oh good... Well since you started in the right place and are looking into suspension issues now, I have to assume you checked the rim too then... And that your front rotor isn't bent all outta shape.. And that the caliper isn't sticking.....

All that is good i checked the obvious things first. I've played with the suspension a little and it's slowly getting better the more I tweak it, but I really don't have much idea what every adjustment it's going to do till I ride it.

honestly your best investment would be a gpr damper.
the torque of the 1125r makes the front wheel skip and induces a shake

you first need to set sag 1 1/4" from unloaded to you sitting on it in gear

Please tell front and rear tire pressures (this has caused and issue with mine also)
Make sure front wheel weights are on the same side as the rotor.
Try making a pass leaning on the tank and with hands and arms relaxed. (haha)

I know your 100% sure its your suspension
Baseline setting from factor 170-190
Front Forks
Preload turned in from minimum -6 (so strat from lowest or -)
Compression;Turns out from maximum- 1 3/4 (so start with max the go backwards(clockwise takes you to maximum)
Rebound; Turns out from maximum- 1 3/4
REAR SHOCK
Preload Shock #1 is the lightest setting- 3
Compression; Clicks out from maximum- 20
Rebound; Turns out from maximum- 1 1/4

Heres someones you tube video to help you understand which setting is which, and how it all work with a "1125R"
