Suspension Settings

Could anyone please direct me to a place where I can find the factory suspension settings for a 2008 xb12r.
I bought one used and its a great bike but I really think the settings have been played with a bit to much.
I know there is a link for the 2005 settings but I don't know if they will work for my bike year.
I have a manual I downloaded but it does not have the factory settings.
