swap xbr tail for xbscg tail complete

I have a 2003 xb9r tail complete that I would like to swap for a xbscg tail, complete. Seats are good, original, no rips. Paint looks to be rattle can black. Willing to "take it all off", you will get everything but the license plate. I want the same. Would also like to swap upper triple trees and ignitions from the same bikes. (I am too damned old to bend over that far).
