Tail of the Dragon

Doesn’t the tail of the Dragon Buell meet usually happen this month?
No one’s talking about it.
Did I miss something?

That was at the end of April. I wasn't there but sounds like it went mostly well. A couple of Buell riders were injured from what I heard.

There is another one the end of July called Buells in little Switzerland. I'm planning on coming out your way within the next few months, I'm looking for a place to retire. I'm busy fixing the truck so I can pull my camper down.

END OF APRIL! Dang, I did miss it! And whose idea was April in the first place? It’s still in the 30’s early in the mornings in April! Must have been one of those bikers that “trailers” a bike EVERYWHERE!

Little Switzerland?
That’s about 2.5hrs away from me. When exactly in July does that happen?

Its an annual event that has always been in April as far as I know.

Yeah, I know it’s an annual event. Just couldn’t remember when.
I’ve ridden to the dragon three times from my house. 5hrs from my garage to the tail of the dragon resort. AND cold as hell in April and early May! At least during the early morning hours.

I've driven the Tail of the Dragon numerous times but never ridden it.
NO THANKS in April.
