Tax return= news helmet, you?

ISo I know everyone is suck of the helmet question, but I think it's great. So in thinking of getting an exo1100, freedom, by scorpion. Any thoughts on it? Does someone have one and like it?

That was one of the helmets I was looking at before getting my kali.

I think the graphics are sick, but the scorpion didnt fit my head as nice as the others I was looking at.

I love my Scorpion (Not that one unfortunately!!) But It is the best helmet's I have ever had!!! My Taxes=paying off the Buell so I can buy a Hayabusa!!

I tried on alot of helmets the last few weeks. I felt the EXO-1100 felt a little heavy. It does weight a little more for the mechanism to have the drop down visor. It was pretty comfortable though. I ended up with the EXO-750. It feels alot lighter and it is pretty much the same helmet without the drop down visor. The inflatable cheek pads really gives it a nice fit. Been loving mine just got it last week. Here is the one I got. Its like night and day compared to my cheap HJC I had before. Its quieter, more aerodynamic, and way lighter.

I have a buddy that had the one with the built in visor and he hated it with a passion!!! Said it would rattle and vibrate and fall down when he didnt want it there! I was gonna buy one but ended up with the 750! And I love it!!

seroiusly though I am a big fan of Scorpions. I hear lots of good things about the 1100 series [up]

I was looking at that one before I settled on buying a Caberg Ego. Still waiting for the return, then she'll be mine.

The EXO-1100 is really nice. It's almost identical to the previous 1100, but is much lighter and the internal liner is more vent friendly.

I had the 1000 for a year and loved it. The only reason I switched was to get the Bell star with the photochromatic visor. I really miss the inflatable cheek pads of the 1000 though.

I have the freedom graphic sitting here in my store and it's really nice!

Make sure you try one on before ordering. Scorpion tends to run small.

I never had an issue with the flip down visor in the scorpion. It doesn't rattle or accidentially fall. There are some other brands that aren't quite as nice.

I have a EXO900 and I love it. Never had a problem with it.

No helmet for me this year. Wife gets the tax return and I get my bonus check. Have the Gopro already, getting ready to order the laptop and software to edit everything. If anyone is already doing this and has recomindations, let me know. Right now it looks like a Toshiba Satillite P series with Pinnacle Studio HD editing software.

the vfr got shift kit, stands (front and rear) sargent seat, new pilot powers (just cause they're 35% off lol) and i need to order the sprocket and chain kit still (+2 rear) and a speedo healer.

the buell gets... jealous while i'm installing goodies on the vfr ha! i guess i did order a new pilot power 2ct front for it (when i ordered the other tires)

My wife and I will be splitting our return so I get to spend it on my xb9r for top end gaskets as I have leaking oil,any that is left will be spent on other goodies.

my girlfriend has the exo-750 and loves it, the puff up cheek thing in the helmet makes it a very great fit and it takes noise level down( so she says), its about 2 sizes to small so i cant use and try it out. but as for my helmet, i got the icon domain II serpant and it has an amazing vent system and confertable as all get out. kinda heavy tho.

and as for taxes, got me a new set of tread for the truck, firestone destination A/T, 33's. now all i need is the snow like we had last year in IL and ill have some great fun, but looks like itll be a while.
