I have worked on so many of the Buells and also the Xb line of bikes, but never had to replace the Throttle Cables unless it has been Wrecked or Aftermarket needed to be installed. You will need to e-mail American SportBike .com OR Call your HD Dealer and ask them if they have the Throttle Cables in stock, then ask them if the cable part numbers are the same and will fit which years and so on.
I know several years that do but in 2008 through 2010 changes had been made all over the Electrical and a few other areas.
Erik Buell Racing .com will have what you need Hopefully. Most will call or e-mail Cycle Pirates and see if they stock the Kits for Throttle cables. They usually carry a selection of Cables like my 1/4 turn Throttle Race Cable and Throttle Tube kit for my CR, so hope this helps.
Unless you are doing an Innerchange of an Engine or something of the sort. If so make sure to keep a book on that for Future Reference.*Jimi
