Throttle response

I just purchased an 08' Scg. I noticed when it's idle, I engage the throttle and it muffles, like it's hesitating. It also does it when i'm riding. Not as often when it's idle though. Is there anything I can adjust or do instead of taking it back to the dealer. I would rather learn on my own how to do it.

Do the breather re-route and it shoud take that away. There is a post on here somewhere that tells how to do it. Just a quick search and you'll find it.

how many miles on your bike?

i know when my bike was new (under 1k miles) it seamed to idle weird.

now that the engine is all broke in its fine.
