Please help and fill out the survey. We need support of a new track here in Wichita Ks... If you are from another part of the states please fill it out. They are trying to get some sanctioned events here.

Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, would be greatly appreciated.

Me 2. Make the point that a 1.5 mile track is too short. Point and shoot is boring.

1.5 miles is too short. need 1.75 or better.

Get the SCCA boys involved and the Karting community and you might have something going.

FWIW, I have 7,000 acres about 1:30 away from Wichita.

I'd consider donating the land or granting a near permanent easement for a race track.

For the most recent sucessful grassroots, club funded track, check out high plains raceway in colorado.

I think they they had to raise something like 4 million dollars to get it done. Good luck.

Any of you that lived in Wichita and have been to a motorsports event there we have a family that will be throwing a wrench into things for this. Please pass this on and get as many people as possible to fill it out. This family has been keeping almost everything motorsports related out of Wichita for years
The states that are around Kansas are what they are after.
Any one you can get to fill it out, do it. These guys are motivated.

An update!!!!!!

Walt sent me a note on what is going on with Thunder Road,

Just wanted to drop you a line and give you and update. We have been in meetings with the SCCA and we are meeting with the Kart guys this weekend. The SCCA and all involved in that scene are on board. We've kind of come to the conclusion that this track cannot be just for motorcycles, however great that would be. There is a lot of excitement being generated by this and we are trying to keep the momentum going! I am flying to Kansas within the next few weeks to present our findings to our investors. I think we are finally ready to start making some real headway and get things moving forward. Seems like a lot of people are skeptical of this whole operation but I have a feeling that will soon change my friend! If you would please spread the word about us now accommodating the SCCA and karts. If you have any questions feel free to ask! Hope all is well.

-Walt
