Our XB's have three tie bars, the front one near the oil cooler, the one on top of the engine and the rear one that bolts to the frame on one end. I removed the front one and sanded/polished it and it looks great(yeh I know I can be anal when it comes to detailing but I enjoy it). I would like to do the rear one but the manual shows I need to rotate the engine. The bolt to the engine has litlle clearance to the frame. I think I know the answer already but I thought I would ask to see if anyone has removed it without the engine "roll".
