Looking at fabbing up some new see through timing covers, and I need the dimentions to start designing a piece in Corel Draw.

Just looking at the thunderbolt engine with the round inspection cover.

This is what I have made sofar, but the dimentions are definately off.

Not trying to be a prick...but its spelled dimension...not dimention. As far as the timing cover I don't have access to my bike right now or I'd run out and do a few quick measurements.

I can send you a dxf file or any other mastercam output format if you would like.

Thanks Konarider94!

Now it looks like those holes are offset, Do you know what degree from the centerline they are offset?

not sure what you mean by offset. I am pretty sure they are 180 degrees apart and the cover gets mounted with the holes aligned with the horizontal axis.

edit: i see what you are talking about. i have an older one where they are horizontal.
