Tires for XB9SX

Hey I'm getting a new set of tires for my bike and wanted to get some opinions.

I think its between the Pirelli Angel ST and Michelin Pilot Road 3.

Im just putting on the stock sizes for my 2008 XB9SX.

I ride mostly for pleasure on paved back roads and highway, usually 3-4 hours at a time. No track but I may want to test myself and the bike a bit on corners and bends.

Any comments or opinions or tire suggestions?

Metzeler are my joice. Great performance and a lot of grip. The Pirelli is as well a good tire but not that trusty on the front brake

I just put the pilot road 3's on mine and they are fantastic!!!

I've got a Lightning9..but I ride 75% gravel, dirt and some mud. Has more to do wth where I live. So my tire choice doesn't apply for ya. But I use Dunlop 616 and they bite just great in loose gravel and not bad on wet pavement. It makes my Buell more practical for me. IMO
