what's the longest lasting tire for the front and rear stock Buell Blast sizes? It seems my MT75 rear is only going to get me about 2,400 miles and the front about 4,000. It would be amazing if there is an option that lasts at least 50% more. If I can get 5k out of a rear ill be happy. Any input from fellow blasters? I do want to keep the stock size and at last an S-rated tire.

I too use the MT75 on front and rear but many Blast riders use the Pirelli Diablo 16" scooter tires and get close to the mileage you're looking for while also providing better traction. When I need new tires I think I'll finally give the Diablos a shot.

It's been my observation owning singles, twins, triples & fours, that singles wear out rear tires faster than might be predicted by their relatively modest power output. I'm no Materials Engineer, but I suspect that the more intense power pulses that a thumper delivers to the rear tire, compared to a multi-cylinder bike (esp. I-4), is the reason(?).

I'm suggesting that assuming you're running proper inflation, it may still be normal for you to be getting less than 3k on the rear...

I hear the rear MT75 goes out between 1500 and 3,500 miles depending all various factors. So far the front MT75 I have is still going fine even at 6,000 miles or so. This Blast here needed a new rear MT75 at about 3500 miles
The sales guy at Harley says he went thru rears at 1,000 miles due to his "sporty" driving.

I have had good mileage out of the Metzler Feel Free scooter tire (See Bike Bandit)-but I have never used the Pirelli Diablo-lots of good comments about that tire.

Michelin Pilot Road 3's or 4's.

going on 14,000km on my PR3's. I highly recommend them.
